Lee County ARES 147.22 Repeater Connected for the First Time to the Bastrop System

Tonight it has been an historical night for Lee County ARES, as our primary repeater, 147.22, was linked to the Bastrop system, Flag Hill 443.00, Bastrop Central 442.275, and Elgin 442.800! This enlarges our area and it will be critical in case of emergencies, disasters, or even for SKYWARN nets and training. The System will be linked only for specific uses. Our special gratitude goes to NE5DX for allowing the use of the 147.22 repeater, and WD5EGC and KI5JXO for linking the repeaters.
