Lee Co. ARES Visits Hays Co ARES and Hays Co EOC

Lee County ARES members are exceedingly grateful for the opportunity to visit Hays Co ARES and learn about their activities and how they serve their County. We were invited by Mike Wilmore, KF4WSO, ARES E.C. to visit the EOC and see how they equipped it with backup radio communications. While there the Assistant Emergency Manager of Hays County visited with us and explained the cooperation of ARES with the County and the cities, and each role and responsibility. The visit was exceedingly valuable for us to learn how to equip our own EOC and how we can serve Lee County better.
