LeeCARES Monthly Meeting, January 17, 2021

LeeCARES met at Elm Creek Cafe. After recognizing a guest and a short business meeting, we discussed possible grants with local foundations and organizations, and decided to meet for strategic planning to discuss our priorities. We talked about the Nashville explosion from an emergency communications perspective. We discussed ways to make ARES relevant and an asset to our County Officials. We explored our strengths and weaknesses. We also started an After Action Report for the mobile exercise conducted yesterday in Lee County Precinct 3 highlighting what went well and what must be improved to make communications more reliable in that part of the county.
